Qualifications:

• Must be in agreement with the doctrinal statements of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
• Must have good communication skills, and work well with other people.
• Must have the recommendation of AWM Regional Director, World Outreach Regional Director and World Outreach staff.

Line of Authority:

• The Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agent will serve as the first point of contact for those entering
the Andrew Wommack Ministries location providing direction and answering questions.

Line of Accountability:

• The Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agent report to the Andrew Wommack Ministries Human Resource Manager, who will report to the Director of Andrew Wommack Ministries. They will report to the World Outreach Regional Director, and ultimately World
Outreach.
• The Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agent will be subject to all policies and procedures established by World Outreach.

General Purpose:

• To greet people as they enter Andrew Wommack Ministries, and provide them with the necessary information requested, notifying the requested parties if necessary.

Duties General:

• The Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agent will adhere to all policies and procedures established by World Outreach.
• The Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agent will provide a warm, welcoming environment for all who enter the premises of Andrew Wommack Ministries.
• The Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agent will contact the appropriate parties upon the request or necessity of visitors.
• This could include security.
• The Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agent will direct all phone correspondence coming into the reception area.

Duties Specific:

• The Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agent, as the first point of contact for all entering the office of AWM, will ensure that all visitors are treated with respect, and in concordance with the policies and procedures established by World Outreach.
• The Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agent will answer all telephone calls directed to the front desk, and route them to the party requested within the office.
• The Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agent will notify security in the event of a situation that warrants their assistance.
• Miscellaneous duties

Guidlines/Expectations:

• Andrew Wommack Ministries Reception Agents will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry. They will be held to the standards outlined in the employee “Code of
Conduct” portion of the directives. They will maintain a professional relationship with each of the people they oversee while operating within the scope of their positions.
